    • Refunds for travel services governed solely by supplier policies
    • Navari cannot override airline, hotel, or vendor refund decisions

C. Force Majeure Cancellations

    • Force majeure does not guarantee refunds
    • Refunds depend on supplier policies and insurance coverage

SELLER OF TRAVEL — FLORIDA COMPLIANCE

  • A. Required Disclosures (Once Finalized)

    • Full legal business name
    • Florida Seller of Travel registration number
    • Statement that registration is not endorsement by the State

B. Additional Regulatory Items to Confirm with Attorney

    • Trust account disclosure (if applicable)
    • Host agency exemption disclosure (if applicable)

CLIENT AGREEMENT (SIGNED BEFORE SERVICES BEGIN)

A. Attorney should ensure client signs agreement including:

    • Agency-only relationship
    • Independent contractor status of vendors
    • Acceptance of supplier terms
    • Force majeure
    • Limitation of liability
    • Indemnification
    • Chargeback protections
    • Insurance recommendation acknowledgment
